Knebworth House is an historic stately home situated in the south east of England some twenty-five miles from London and two miles south from the town of Stevenage. It has been host to many prestigious events and The Knebworth Country Show continues to attract thousands of visitors to a "traditional countryside entertaining day out" for all the family.  Despite the heavy outbreaks of rain in 2004 , for many it was an enjoyable Bank Holiday - after all - country life goes on whatever the weather. Most of us had fun, especially the tractor guys! The weather was much more favourable in 2005. Sunday 30th April this year was brilliant. The sun also shone on both 2006 / 07 shows.

Tatton Park is situated in the County of Cheshire in the north of England, the grounds of the stately "Tatton Hall".

These photographs give a very small "snapshot" of the two day events.

The teams of young riders and their ponies provide one of the fastest moving spectacularly competitive displays at the Country Shows. Knebworth was no exception. Whilst the safety of both riders and ponies is always of paramount concern, their speed and agility was breathtaking. The overall winners of the two day events were the Middlesex Team 2004 and the Bedfordshire  Team 2005.
