TATTON PARK COUNTRY SHOW
August 2006 & August 2008
The shows provided a unique fun "family day out"
experiencing a wide range of traditional country skills
with displays,
events, "hands on" presentations, skilled crafters and traders.
There was an enjoyable mix of country sports, demonstrations, activities and equestrian
events.
National companies also offered "tasting, promotional and
buying" opportunities which, coupled
with the unpredictably variable late
English "summer" weather, was an
occasion where the spectators
were appreciative and
enthusiastic.
The International Chainsaw Wood Carving event is building up a great annual
following.
